The Girls Varsity Swim Team had an exciting season finishing with a record of 10-1. The team had their only dual meet loss against Archbishop Molloy. The team had a strong showing over the course of the GCHSAA "A" Championship Meet. Notably, the girls had several first-place finishes. First place in the 200 Medley Relay included Hannah Wisniewski, Madison Ebanks, Olivia Anzurez and Alexia Triolo with a time of 1.56:34. First place in the 200 Free Relay included Alexia Triolo, Jessie Coursey, Maria Hlinka and Samantha Gallo with a time of 1.46:23. First place in the 400 Free Relay included Hannah Wisniewski, Maria Hlinka, Samantha Gallo and Madison Ebanks with a time of 3.52:91. There were also several individual first-place performances by Madison Ebanks in 200 IM and 100 Breaststroke and Sam Gallo in 100 Butterfly. Captain Jackie Hepwrth and sophomore Maria Hlinka received the 2023-2024 GCHSAA Swimming All-League Award. Hannah Wisniewski also received a nomination for the Joseph & Anne Stetz Career Swimmer Award. Congratulations to our graduating seniors Jackie Hepworth, Hannah Wisniewski, Marin Crowley and Shaye Province. The girls truly gave it their all.
