2021-2022 Season Outlook

This year's JV basketball season should be both new and exciting in many different ways. Sadly, these JV players did not have the opportunity to play freshman basketball due to the pandemic which stopped last season in the CHSAA. So this will be these boys' first time competing in high school sports and in the CHSAA. Many challenges are ahead of us but we are working hard and plan to continue to improve every day in practice. This year's team is filled with young men who are excited for their opportunity to compete.

Read Bio
Wisniewski has been the junior varsity head boys basketball coach since 2016. Prior to coaching at Xaverian, he played 10 years of professional basketball at the highest level from 2004 to 2013. He went to Centenary College in Louisiana and was an All-American Candidate his senior season, receiving the Pete Maravich Louisiana state player of the year for Division 1 college basketball. After retiring from professional basketball, he had the pleasure of coaching at Baruch University with alumni John Alesi and coaching for the Rens with alumni Chris Alesi.
