Baseball Camp
For boys entering 5th through 9th grades.
Monday, August 5th to Friday, August 9th (9:00 AM-3:00PM)
Fee: $350
Lunch Special- $45/week includes Sandwich, Drink and Snack.
Campers get Free Pizza on Friday! Campers may also opt to bring their own lunch.

- On Monday, August 5th check-in will begin at 8:30am in the lobby of the 71st Street entrance. Please enter the building through the 71st Street Security entrance which is closer to Shore Road. (Please note: We do not provide early drop-off service. Campers are not permitted in the building before 8:30am, as our staff has not yet arrived by then. As your child's safety is of utmost importance to us, we cannot allow the kids in the gymnasium unsupervised. We look forward to your cooperation on this matter.).
- You are
required to bring a paper copy of your child’s Medical form. Make sure to bring a paper copy on the first day of camp for your child. You may use the medical your child’s school accepts, or our version here
Medical Form, all are acceptable.
No child will be allowed to participate without a medical form. - Campers are required to have a baseball glove, protective cup, baseball pants, rubber cleats and sneakers (for use in the gym), as well as any additional equipment the camper may want to use.
- If you did not register your child for the lunch program, but would now like to do so, you can register on the first day of your selected camp programming, we accept cash or check. Each day we have a variety of lunch options that will rotate each day included but limited to entree choices: chicken fingers & fries, pasta, cheeseburgers, hotdog & fries, fried rice & dumplings; drink choices: water, juice; snack choices: popcorn, chips, fruit. The cost for the week is $45. Please make checks payable to XAVERIAN HS. All of the kids get free pizza on Friday.
-Campers that are bringing their own lunch will have them collected in the morning and stored in a refrigerator. Please put your child's name on the bag. In addition, campers are permitted to bring their own drinks and keep them during the day. (Please no glass bottles) We will also have water stations set up at the fields to give the kids plenty of water breaks throughout the day.
-Campers will be outside for much of the day, as we use the fields across the street from the school. We recommend that they bring sunscreen.
- Parents must arrive between 2:45 PM and 3:00 PM to pick up campers. They will be dismissed promptly at 3PM outside of our security entrance on 71st Street. Campers will not be dismissed from the field. As other high school activities take place in our school gymnasium throughout the summer, it is imperative that the children are picked up on time, as no staff has been allotted to supervise the children after 3:00 PM. Please allow for traffic and other pickups. Your child’s safety is our number one priority, if you are allowing your child to self dismiss please respond to this email with that information.
- Campers that are traveling on our bus from the Rockaways will be picked up in front of St. Francis de Sales Church at 129-16 Rockaway Beach Blvd. in Belle Harbor between 8:00 AM - 8:15 AM. The bus to the Rockaways will depart from Xaverian at 3:15 PM and drop the kids back at SFDS Church. If you did not register for the Rockaway Bus at the time of camp sign-up please do not show up expecting to take the bus, as there will not be room for add-ons. We will have a Counselor at pick-up and drop-off with a Camp List of those signed up for the Rockaway Bus.
