Francis J. Mirabello is a partner in the international law firm of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and serves as Managing Partner of its Private Client Practice Group. Resident in the Firm’s Philadelphia office, Frank concentrates his practice on estate planning, closely held business planning, and federal income, estate, and gift taxation. He also advises families and nonprofit organizations on philanthropic planning and charitable trusts. An active writer and lecturer, he has taught at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Villanova Law School’s graduate tax program. Frank graduated from Princeton University summa cum laude and as a member of the fencing team received the Class of 1916 Cup awarded to the varsity athlete with the highest academic rank at graduation. He received his law degree from Harvard Law School where he was an editor of the Law Review. Frank is a proud member of the Class of 1972 for which he was Valedictorian and the founder of the Frank G. Mirabello Scholarship, in memory of his father, which provides tuition assistance to the son or daughter of a member of the New York City Fire Department. Frank and his wife, Marianna, have two children and reside in Haverford, Pennsylvania.
