Megan Demonte is the Executive Vice President of Clearing and Conversions for LPL Financial. As the Executive VP for Operations, Megan is responsible for evolving Business Operations into a strategic asset and competitive differentiator in Financial Services.

Over the past 20+ years in Financial Services, Megan has held leadership positions within UBS,  TD Ameritrade and Morgan Stanley’s Technology Organizations.  Her focus has been leading large scale acquisitions and building a center of excellence as a leader in the delivery of large and complex solutions with speed, transparency and value.  

Throughout the many organizations Megan has worked with, she has been actively involved and responsible for leading various Women in Technology groups across multiple locations.

It is her passion to build an inclusive environment where diversity of thought is welcomed and appreciated.

Megan lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and three children.
